In this collection, Chang Eungbok is interested in color and texture rather than specific patterns or shapes. Unconsciously, this idea developed from her study of nature and everyday phenomena. Working with depth of color combined with a tactile sense, Chang aims to evoke the richness of surface textures, inspired, for example, by moss covering a rock in nature. The designs resonate within the architecture of the room in which they are located, creating a harmonious continuum. When we experience a resonant space, our body feels content and secure.
