Chang Eungbok of Mono Collection creates spaces informed by the traditional Korean aesthetics of ‘imperfection’ and ‘asymmetrical balance.’ The old-style hanok house is reinterpreted in accordance with the modern spirit of living using Korean aesthetics. Chang’s textiles, and collaborative projects with prominent designers, create resilient, simple, yet practical living spaces.
